摘要
In this paper, the behaviour of both positive and negative ions assembled on the surface of metallic conducting spherical probe/materialis investigated when it is immersed in an electronegative plasmahaving ions of different temperatures. The accumulation of charged species within a small region at the surface of metallic conducting probe results in the formation ofthe sheath. The analysis of thickness of the sheath is also adopted for various cases of ions' temperature. Here, behaviour of both the ions is described by fluid equations.
