In this paper, it studies the ecological civilization based on the theory of Marx and Engels, in-depth summary of the present stage of China's new rural ecological civilization construction practice, the existing problems and their causes are analyzed and rationalization proposals, and gives suggestions to the future of our country new rural ecology Civilization.
