摘要
Meet on the edge: The relative concentration of corner and edge ions in a cubelike nanoparticle critically depends on the size of the nanoparticle. On MgO nanocubes this ratio is reflected by their optical properties (see picture). (Graph Presented). © 2005 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
