摘要：
Talent strategies contribute largely to boost the economy in the Post-Financial Era. Under the direction of major actions associated with exploring and opening of Tianjin Binhai New Area, many researches relating to economic development have been undergoing gradually. As a result, demands for talent increase rapidly. For this reason, colleges and universities in Tianjin should take means to provide more talents for the economic development of the Binhai New Area.
