摘要
In the complex and automatization Press equipment, Hydraulic Press or mechanical Press are unable to meet fast work cycle, big pressure, high precision and multipoint union demands. The main problem is the limitation of mechanism. To solve these problems, energy control of Press is put forward. Series-parallel hybrid power Press was brought forward to meet working ability, efficiency and process precision. Series-parallel hybrid power Press achieved through various series and parallel mechanisms of power. Through analysis of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems about energy storage device, hybrid power Press and loose coupling of different energy based on fault-tolerant control were applied to improve Press performance and efficient. All power work together in an optimal manner with monitor. Low fuel consumption was realized. According to the design of Press, one power can start unrestrictedly without worrying about damage to the other power. To solve system chattering problem and the derivative compute of control signals, nonlinear differential and integral sliding adaptive control was introduced.
