In PCS model, three factors including sleep quality, work pressure and interpersonal relationship were incorporated into the equation, and the overall fitting determination coefficient of the model was 0.191 (F=10.197, P<0.001). In the MCS model, four factors including sleep condition, exercise habit, occupational pressure and interpersonal relationship were included in the equation, and the overall fitting condition determination coefficient of the model was 0.244 (F=14.791,P<0.001).Conclusion: Multilateral cooperation, pay attention to improve the health of teachers; Colleges and universities should improve the system of teaching and research, reasonably allocate work tasks and pay attention to the health of teachers.
