摘要
According to the GSMA forecast, 5G networks will cover one-third of the world's population in 2025, which impact on the mobile industry and its customers will be profound. Due to the huge cost of 5G network construction, many operators are seeking for a cost-saving way to upgrade existing 4G networks to 5G networks. Based on the detailed study of 5G wireless network architecture, this article focuses on 5G wireless network co-construction methods and evolution strategies. Furthermore, a series of field tests have been down to examine different 5G network evolution strategies. Finally, some suggestions are proposed for network operators to build and develop 5G networks quickly and well.
