摘要
A combination of the differential scheme and a mapping method is applied to predict the effective modulus of nano-composites with different particle size distribution. The nano-particles with interface effect are replaced with common particles resort to an energy equivalency approach. Both discrete and continuous particle size distributions are analyzed. As a numerical example, lognormal distribution is analyzed in this paper. The results demonstrate that the effective elastic properties of nano-composites are particle size distribution dependent
