摘要：

On the basis of the self-organization theories of dissipation of structure, coordination and mutation, it was explored as for the conditions, impetus and means of the sun sports development. The study concluded that: the condition of sunshine sports development is the formation of its systems dissipation; the driving force of it is its subsystems, the coordination and competition between all the elements; the evolution way is the system's gradual change and the mutation.
