摘要
Diverse co-living has been a priority in the agenda of most nations in the world. This study attempts to investigate how people perceive co-housing from the perspective of intergenerational communication. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted for people living in the Taipei Metro Area. Totally, 192 valid copies of a specially designed questionnaire were collected, and the survey results indicated that the two most significant factors are the respondents' age and housing type, and that in co-housing, the public facilities most demanded by the respondents are public vegetable gardens/flower gardens, group dining space, and parking lots.
