People and project management in Ecuadorian oil industry projects

摘要：
Oil is the main industry in Ecuador where many Oil Companies have made important investments. Engineering and Construction have been done by lar ge Companies and local Companies. Lai ge Companies have subcontracted local Companies ol build up task forces to execute Projects with excellent results (efficient-low cost). My paper will address this organization, resources allocation, budget and schedule control.
