摘要
This study aimed to analyze the psychometric properties of the Freiburg Mindfulness Inventory, FMI-14 in a sample of 655 high school students from two educational establishments in western Mexico with an age range from 15 to 19 years. To analyze the data, an exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was carried out, finding a satisfactory fit for both a two-factor and one-factor model, with adequate validity and reliability properties. These and other results are discussed in the context of contemporary literature on teenage Mindfulness.
