摘要
Financial security is an important issue for a country. In order to evaluate the financial security more objectively than before, this paper introduces the extension theory into the evaluation system of financial security to establish the matter-element model. And then we build a new index system with five different internals according to the different levels of security. Finally we use the data from 1998 to 2011 to do an empirical analysis. The different levels of finance in China and the tendency of finance in future are obtained. The result proves that this model could make a scientific and efficient evaluation on financial security.
