Analysis of bamboo lignin with FTIR and XPS

摘要
The structure of three kinds of milled wood lignin and its chemical products was studied by FTIR and XPS. The binding energy of C-1s was assigned to 283.52 (C-H or C-Q, 284.58 similar to 285.72 (C-OR or C-OH), 286.10 similar to 286.44 (C=O or HO-C-OR), 287.65 similar to 287.72 (O-C=O) eV and O-1s binding energy was to 530.31 (O-H), 531.45 similar to 531.72 (RC=O), 532.73 similar to 533.74 (O-C=O) eV respectively. Bamboo lignin was bound mainly through ester linkage and C-C bonds. The proportion of ether, C-C bond, ester, carbonyl and unsaturated double bonds is 100 : 63 : 32 : 40 : 32 (49.3 : 31.0 : 16.0 : 19.9 16.0) correspondingly.
