摘要:
Enantiomers of nine cx-quaternary phenyl amino amides were synthesized and separated for the first time by capillary electrophoresis (CE). Human serum albumin (HSA) was selected as a useful anionic chiral selector by the aid of electrostatic interaction between the anionic selector and the cationic solutes. Partial-filling technique and linear polyacrylamide-coated capillaries were employed so that high concentration of HSA could be used to achieve high resolution without the loss of detection sensitivity. HSA concentration and buffer pH were shown critical and have to be optimized. It was found the hindrance effect of substituent played important role in enantioseparation.
