Endoscopic eosophagodiverticulostomy for Zenker's diverticulum: use of the Endo-GIA 30 stapler

摘要：
Between october 96 and june 97 we have treated 7 patients for Zenker's diverticulum endoscopically by the use of the Endo-GIA 30 stapler. Oral feeding was allowed the same day or the next day after surgery and the patients were discharged from the hospital on the second post-operative day. Five patients have a follow-up of 2 months Among them 4 are relieved of symptoms and one is improved. Although the number of patients is limited and follow-up is short, our preliminary results are encouraging and we will pursue the use of this technique.
