摘要
Groundwater resource potential is an important basis for carrying out planning of groundwater resource development and utilization. In this paper, based on the fuzzy clustering iterative model (FCIM) established by Chen, a new sorting algorithm (SA) is proposed. The SA gives not only the classification of samples, but also the sample sort. The method is applied to evaluate groundwater resource potential of Sanjiang plain. The FCIM and the SA bring out more advantages and practical value, and more satisfactory evaluation results are achieved. The calculation of this paper is simple, and the results are reasonable and reliable. Finally, according to the evaluation results, the most parts of Sanjiang plain have a certain potential for sustainable development and utilization of groundwater resource, but the over-exploited phenomenon of a small part of Sanjiang plain appears. The groundwater resource sustainability of Sanjiang plain is far from being satisfactory. Powerful measures should be taken to protect the Sanjiang plain.
