Variants of clinical course of the post-stroke period in patients with primary ischemic stroke and prognosis of recurrent ischemic stroke

摘要：
The incidence of recurrent stroke is estimated as 20-25% of the total cases of cerebral stroke. Numerous risk factors influence the development of brain circulation disorder and post-stroke clinical course but those of recurrent stroke are still poorly studied. Having the information on the most important risk factors which influence the genesis of recurrent stroke, one can make a prognosis for people with primary stroke. Individual therapeutic and preventive measures conducting in a high risk group will significantly increase rehabilitation efficacy of recurrent cerebral stroke.
