摘要
In this paper, we apply the variational iteration method for solving fourth order boundary value problems. The analytical results are in terms of convergent series with easily computable components. Several examples are given to illustrate the efficiency and implementation of the method. Comparison is made to confirm the reliability of this technique. Variational iteration technique can be viewed as an efficient and reliable method for solving a wide class of linear and nonlinear boundary value problems. (C) 2007 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
