摘要
The temperature rise and the deformation caused by loss of motorised spindle with two kinds of shaft materials are analysed. The research results can be used as theoretical basis for improving the performance of motorised spindle. This paper takes 170SD30 ceramic motorised spindle and metal motorised spindle as analytical objects to establish finite element model coupled multi-physics, and then compares their electromagnetic field, temperature field and structure field under the steady state. The effectiveness of temperature field with the model coupled multi-physics is verified by experiment. The results show that the electromagnetic loss and deformation of the ceramic motorised spindle is less than those of the metal motorised spindle, and the temperature of the former is lower than that of the latter under the same condition.
