摘要
In this paper, based on the variable return to scale of data envelopment analysis (BC2 -DEA) and super efficiency model (SE - DEA) method. it calculates Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei water resources relative efficiency and super-efficiency value, by choosing water in the population, the whole society fixed assets investment, total water use and water supply for the whole year as the input index, total GDP as the output, and referring to the statistical yearbook from 2004 to 2013 water resources data. According to the results of Beijing, Tianjin, Tangshan and Cangzhou DEA effective, this paper explains its input-output combination to achieve the optimal structure and configuration, low efficiency of water use in Hebei province as a whole, most cities belong to mass, and low efficiency. It is aim to provide reference for the rational utilization of water resources of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by studying the water use efficiency.
