摘要：
Supply chain design has a strategic impact on an enterprise's overall cost and customer satisfaction performance. It is essential to predict the performance of different supply chain design schemes before the supply chain is reengineered. It is widely recognized that the most of current mathematical models are incapable to tackle this problem due to its complexity & scale. Therefore, in practice simulation techniques prevail in this field. In this paper, detailed procedures are discussed. Arena is used to implement simulation models to evaluate the performance of the supply chain. Case study was conducted to verify the effectiveness of the research result.
