Price Research Based on Fairness Algorithm

This paper is a study of user utility function; it is a real-time price model including logarithmic function and Sigmod function. In pursuit of each user's utility maximization, this paper discussed on real time pricing optimization problem for utility fair. On the basis of the model, integrate utility function to form "pseudo-utility" so as to realize utility fair. Use proximal center algorithm for solving this problem. Matlab simulation results show that comparing with the proportional fair the utility improved under the fair utility, it does not appear the phenomena that electricity consumption is not 0 while the utility is 0.
