摘要：
On the basis of biographical notes of over 1000 people, higher schools were presented, which educated Polish electncal engineers in the years 1891-1935. Before World War I, these were foreign schools: German, Russian, French and Belgian. Later, they studied at Polish universities: the Lviv Polytechnic and at the Warsaw University of Technology, established in 1915 and rapidly developing.
