摘要
Technology management models present in a systematic, clearly structured way, the identification of the basic phases for the implementation of management models, the way they are related and their sequentiality, strengthening the generation of innovation. These characteristics will serve as a guide for the design of the stages of a management model adapted to the academic environment. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the technological management models in Higher Education Institutions. The typology within which it was framed was Descriptive with a documentary design, due to the fact that critical reviews of the state of knowledge were used in which the thematic was located: Reflected on the process of development and application of technological management models. Focusing on the progress of the current research and possible ways for its solution. The method developed will be transactional or transversal, by virtue of being studied in a single opportunity. In order to develop the article in question, it was necessary to rely mainly on previous works, information and data disclosed by digital media (scientific journals, refereed articles) and electronic media (Internet). Regarding the results, it was concluded that the cases reviewed converge in that within the university institutions the search for increasing innovation in its strategic and operational aspects, is given according to the scope of each organization and the needs it has. In addition, these models show the importance of having clearly defined the philosophy of the university, mission and vision, so that these are the support of the management model to be implemented.
