摘要
In the automotive industry, reliability engineering is getting more and more important. The warranty costs reaches today a volume of nearly the same as for the entire car development [1]. But not only mechanics is responsible for the recalls. The share of electronics in a car reaches today a value of about 30 % in upper vehicles (see figure 1). In 2005, a rate of around 50 % will be expected.
