摘要
An extremely wideband monopole antenna combined for Bluetooth at 2.4 GHz and Ultra-Wide Band (3.1-10.6 GHz) with triband notched characteristics is presented. The frequency range from 2 to 17.5 GHz is achieved by cutting triangular portions from edges of rectangular ground plane. The radiating patch has three slots to work as triple band notch for WiMAX at 3.5 GHz, WLAN at 5.2 GHz, 5.8 GHz and X-band satellite communication systems at 7.5 GHz, 8 GHz. Proposed antenna is very compact in size and has better omnidirectional radiation characteristics. The importance of each slot is analyzed in detail. The current distribution, VSWR, radiation efficiency, gain and radiation pattern characteristics are analyzed.
