Algorithm for airport usability factor investigation

摘要
For airport operational suitability (utilization) following real operations were distinguished: take off in accordance with Visual Flight Rules, take off in accordance with Instrument Flight Rules, landing in accordance with Visual Flight Rules, landing in accordance with Instrument Flight Rules. Constituents of operational suitability pattern, usability of airport structure, meteorological conditions, aircraft requirements as well as limitative equations for variables of state with possible estimate criterions were presented. Airport state of suitability for random sample of aircraft stream allows designating so-called airport usability factor.
