摘要
A case study of Shiyang River Basin, this paper discussed the importance of construction of eco-irrigation districts for the development of oasis economy and protection of eco-environment in inland river basin. From the viewpoint of water movement, the characteristics of groundwater and its effect on the development of irrigation districts in plain areas of river basin were analyzed, and pointed out that groundwater was not only the important irrigation water source but also the main influencing factor of farmland eco-environment, and on the basis of which, the farmland eco-environmental problems of the unbalance exploitation and recharge of groundwater were analyzed. This paper also put forward the reasonable and scientific approaches of regulating groundwater and promoting the construction of eco-irrigation district.
