摘要：

In order to find the new outlets of rural surplus labors, the social and economic effects of the migrant workers returning to hometown for ventrue were analyzed based on the input place and output place respectively. The entrepreneurial behavior was researched, and the positive and negative effects are gained a clear idea through the field research in Jiangxi province, China. These efforts are helpful for better study of the countermeasures and suggestions of the migrant workers returning to hometown for ventrue, to promote the county economic development, which has great practical significance for the development of china's national economy.
