摘要：
Penicillin acylase from Bacillus megaterium was purified 6.22 fold using ultrafiltration followed by ammonium sulphate precipitation and gel filtration chromatography using Sephadex G-100. The final specific activity was 2.62 U/mg protein and was free from interfering proteases.
