摘要
Two new 24-methyl-lanostane triterpenoids, fomitopsins I (1) and J (2), were isolated together with seven known compounds (3-9), from fruiting bodies of the basidiomycete Fomitopsis species. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis. Their antibacterial and cytotoxic activities were evaluated. One of the known compounds (6) exhibited antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria, Bacillus cereus (MIC 6.25 mu g/ml) and Enterococcus faecium (MIC 12.5 mu g/ml).
