摘要
Pain as a subjective experience is in many ways elusive, confounding our habits of control. A phenomenological approach and a person-centered approach provide a complementary way to the biopsychosocial model of pain. The first pitfall is ourselves if we lock ourselves in our discourse about the subjective experience of the other. A restraint in order not deprive the patient of the reality of his pain is an essential attitude of openness. To cite this journal: Douleur analg. 24 (2011).
