摘要
A measurement method of vibration response time of gun structure under firing condition is proposed. The measurement method can be carried out in two steps. The first step is getting vibration response signal. In this step, vibration displacement and acceleration of different components of gun are measured by laser displacement sensors and acceleration sensors, as well as the projectile exit time by photoelectric method synchronously. The second step is the time judgment. In this step, according to the test results of the vibration displacement and acceleration, the appearance orders of the vibration displacement and acceleration signals relative to the projectile exit time are determined based on photoelectric method testing time. According to the analysis above, whether the gun chassis starts to move before the projectile exit time is determined. Comparing with the starting time of projectile, the response time of vibration acceleration of chassis structure are delayed 3.45ms, while 4.41ms ahead to the projectile exit time for the gun selected in this experiment.
