We attempt to present a current that started to take off in Romania, namely the e-learning which requires greater interaction with the internet and virtual world and less with the teacher in classes. This paper presents several important topics that show the importance of learning and knowledge in the development of human society. Knowledge depends upon the learning process. It shows that in the problem-solving processes require a demonstrative thinking, an algorithms thinking. It presents considerations on the future of e-learning. The online tutoring system was introduced to support students on the e-learning courses at our faculty. Through various researches we tried to ascertain the impact online tutors have on student activity and study success. Before implementing it through Sakai platform we wanted to study in close the implication that this action have on students of the Danubius University. We started a year ago with the implementation and we have a set of data with show as how have seen students in closely this system. Computer Science (Informatics) is characterized by the most spectacular evolutions and impact on human activity. Computer (Computer System) includes technologies of which man has never dreamt. This paper presents the implementation of SAKAI program combining technological and psychological process in Danubius University. Higher education practice reflects the wider agendas of institutions manifested through their organization, structure, culture and climate. These factors may particularly impact upon the potential for higher education to embrace and manage. This paper briefly reviews the progress of educational technology, then identifies critical success factors for e-learning through an organizational perspective derived from studies on Danubius education institution.
