摘要
FPGA appears as a kind of half-customization circuit about ASIC field, it not only resolves the shortage. of customization circuit, but also overcomes the disadvantage that the number of programmable device gates is limited. So it is widely used to design embedded digital systems. This paper discusses the study process of developing a digital video filter system based on XC2S200 FPGA. By filtering the video signal in real-time, this system can enhance the vision effect of the video signal underwater. It can be used under the conditions such as monitoring and surveying underwater.
