摘要
The political agreement reached at the extraordinary meeting of the EU Council that took place between 17 and 21 July 2020 was historic. The NextGenerationEU Recovery Plan and the Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027 represent the largest financial stimulus package ever financed through the EU budget. The package foresees public and private investments on a European scale during the coming years. This dossier brings together regulations, bibliography, and other resources of interest needed to analyse and understand the functioning of the new Multiannual Financial Framework and the NextGenerationEU Plan. This dossier offers the academic reader easy access to the most up-to-date sources related to the subject, and, is an indispensable compilation for public administration professionals in their work with the new EU programmes.
