摘要
Fatigue and corrosion fatigue tests were conducted for T-welded joint specimens. The test results show that the corrosive environment greatly reduces the fatigue life of the specimens. The average reduction percentage under different stress ranges Delta sigma were 47.7% (Delta sigma = 172.5MPa), 58% (Delta sigma = 216MPa) and 45.7% (Delta sigma = 258MPa) respectively. Based on Continuum Damage Mechanics (CDM), a corrosion fatigue life prediction model considering the coupling effects of corrosion environment and cyclic load was proposed. This prediction model can predict the corrosion fatigue life of present T-welded joint specimens and other specimens reported in previous researches, showing rationality and versatility.
