TEM observation of martensite reverse transformation during loading in CuNiAl shape memory alloys

摘要
The martensites in CuNiAl shape memory alloy were transformed reversibly to parent during loading. Differently with other materials, the martensitic transformation usually occurred at and ahead of the crack tip instead of dislocation emission during loading, and the main crack propagated along martensite/parent interface.
