摘要
The increasing concentration of an astonishing high number of enterprises regarding their core competencies causes a constant growth of virtualization and distribution of value chains of companies. This happens either by a spin-off in subsidiary companies or by a cross-company co-operation. This phenomenon induces mainly higher requirements concerning the inter company co-operation and the customer relationship management. The concrete implementation and the possibilities of a groupware-based customer relationship management for virtual organizations can be shown by using the Infranet partners (dynamic network, of European SMEs) as an example.
