摘要
With the emergence of massive low-power consumption machine-type communications devices, the existing random access scheme may cause unexpected power consumption, low access efficiency, and even massive failed access. In this paper, we propose a low-power consumption spacial group based random access scheme. The proposed scheme controls the number of access devices and conducts the resource allocation to obtain the optimal access efficiency in every group with power consumption constraint. It is shown that this scheme can reduce the random access power consumption while improving the access efficiency compared with the existing access scheme.
