摘要
Since the beginning of the 1980s, many scholars pay attention to the management and governance issues of cross-enterprise, and there are some findings of research papers in this field. However, there are few theoretical researches about "how to construct collaborative governance mechanism and how to design the collaborative governance system of cross-enterprise". Focused on the collaborative governance goal "creating value together, and sharing benefits all", and based on the four basic theories of TEC, BRV, SNT and public governance, this paper creates the concept of collaborative governance mechanism of cross-enterprise, and analyzes the organic integrity between the five elements of the mechanism and collaborative governance goal. Based on the collaborative governance mechanism, this paper builds the framework of collaborative governance system of cross-enterprise, and discusses the innovative features of collaborative management control. This paper has made an important contribution to the basic research of collaborative governance theory, and the results after expanding can help decision-makers and managers to better achieve the collaborative governance goal of cross-enterprise.
