In the process of revising IEEE 519, "IEEE Recommended Practices and Requirements for Harmonic Control in Electric Power Systems" [1], the P519 Working Group are reviewing all aspects of the Standard. This paper deals with Section 10.3 "Limits on Commutating Notches".
