Research on difficulties of financial decision making under uncertainty conditions

The success of subject ruling management situation in economical system depends on its ability to make decisions under uncertainty conditions according to environment factor. Environment factor in econometric models is understood as the force that influences the activity of a researched system but acts irrespective of the system. Research problems of influence of environment factor in decision support system are related to the receiving of exact information about the state of this factor. The benefit of financial decisions is related to long-range future so it is necessary to investigate prospective consequences of decisions made under uncertainty conditions according to the variation of possible risk. Behaviour of decision making person (DMP) and environment factor, methods of price estimation for exact information about the state of environment factor, and possibilities of practical application of received results evaluating risk of financial decisions are researched in this article.
