摘要
This paper presents a full view of the changing scenario of language learning in information literacy education. It illustrates the shifted role of language learners and defines information consciousness and competency as criteria for language learning in the new situation. The paper also demonstrates the best solution to apply information literacy in the course of language learning by using the interactive information-mediated environment. In the end, the paper proposes the goal of language learning in information literacy education and benefits of taking it as a lifelong process.
