The Study on Supply Chain Enterprises Based on Knowledge Management

Supply chain theory based on logistics, cash flow, and information flow has not met the need for competitive advantage in the dynamic environment, but knowledge management has become the important means for supply chain enterprise to enhance performance. The direct target of knowledge management for supply chain is to improve the efficiency of knowledge innovation and application to coordinate and optimize knowledge level among suppliers, which improves the integral performance of supply chain to enhance the core competitiveness. Based on above, evaluation index system was established, taking 8 samples as subjects, through projection pursuit, empirical analysis is carried out and more attention should be paid to the knowledge management process.
