This study aims to unfold the relationships between the conceptual aspects of cultural heritage as a common good. The discussion starts from the considerations, from the interpretative analysis of the process of tipping at the federal level the Casa Museu Graciliano Ramos, located in the city of Palmeiras dos tndios-AL, cultural heritage of the state of Alagoas (AL). To this end, the study discusses, in the theoretical framework, the concepts of the Common Good and the Public Sphere, based on the theoretical contribution of the Theory of Communicative Action (TAC). And there is a discussion about the process of registering cultural heritage in the Brazilian legal scenario. As a result, the qualitative methodological path has taken the historical method for documentary analysis of the process of listing the Casa Museu Graciliano Ramos. After presenting and discussing the results that point to the formation of the public sphere and the constitution of this common good, final considerations of the work are presented.
