摘要
This study arose from the need to optimize the processes for issuing chemical analysis reports from a company in the field of environmental projects. Currently, the company uses electronic spreadsheets, and its use does not meet the demands of the company. This project aims to design and develop software for the management of chemical analysis in an environmental project company. The research is considered as for the purposes, as an exploratory research, as there are not many studies in the area so that there is little accumulated and systematized knowledge; Descriptive Research, as it exposes specific characteristics of the Database Management System (DBMS) of the studied company; and it is applied research, considering that the study was motivated by the practical need to help the company to solve problems with Database Management. The software is being developed in Object Pascal using the Embarcadero (R) Delphi 10.3 tool. The choice of the tool was due to the possibility of providing computing development, as it defines all classes that the system needs to have and serves as a basis for the construction of other diagrams that define the type of communication, sequence, and states of the systems. Finally, it is possible to affirm that the prototype provides significant improvements in terms of agility, ease, and security in control, maintaining the update in the customer database, in the issuance and printing of the reports of chemical analyzes carried out by the company..
