摘要
EUMETSAT's MSG Central Facility (CF), currently under development by Science Systems, provides art integrated environment for the planning, scheduling, control and monitoring of the entire MSC mission. Implemented in a Windows NT environment, hosted on Digital Alpha sewers and Intel PC workstations, the CF system makes use of new technologies. It supports packetised TM/TC and provides automated operations support at bath Schedule (Timeline) and Procedure levels. A local operations history at-chive supports long term data storage, hosted on a large RAID array and off-line tape jukebox. The archive itself is based on ORACLE Enterprise Server and includes a parameter change based processed telemetry history. Event driven real-time data distribution is based on the CORBA standard. Operations preparation and configuration control tools are fully, integrated within the CF system.
