摘要：

The article is devoted to the study of the personality of Eleanor Roosevelt. The authors examine the political and human rights activities of Eleanor Roosevelt and her role in protecting the rights of women and African Americans. The authors pay particular attention to the activities of Eleanor Roosevelt as Chairman of the UN Commission on Human Rights, and her work on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which will forever remain her legacy.
